献血招募接待工作中,除了要具备亲切友好的笑容,和蔼可亲的态度,专业的知识,更重的是离不开交流,而语言是与献血者交流沟通的信息载体,也是献血服务最直接的工具和手段。语言体现出一个人的思想境界、道德风尚、文化修养。而语言可分为有声语言和肢体语言,二者同时密不可分。而在无偿献血工作中,如果没有良好地语言沟通技巧,那将会陷入被动局面,献血者的招募、保留和发展固定队伍,将会变得很困难。
