胤祯(后改名为允禵),是康熙皇帝的第14子,康熙五十七年(1718)被封为抚远大将军。中国第一历史档案馆馆藏康熙朝满文朱批奏折数千件(经皇帝用朱笔批阅的奏折称作朱批奏折),内容丰富重要,多为军事要务及机密事宜。内有胤祯奏折近百件,尚属鲜为人知。我们从中选择18件,其内容主要反映康熙帝用兵西北——平定准噶尔情况, 以及清政府在治理藏、蒙、回、汉等民族时推行的民族政策与宗教政策,并从侧面反映出康熙皇帝与皇子之间的关系。内容新鲜,史料珍贵,均为首次发表。现将选译的这部分奏折,予以刊布,以供研究参考。
