Objective:To study on the compatibility rule of tianhunag tablets based on metabonomics.Method:To take 40 SD male rats and feed them under SPF level environment.Then they were randomly divided into control group,hyperlipidemia model group,Notoginseng group,Rhizoma coptidis group and Tianhuang tablets group.In addition to the normal group,the other group feed with high-fat diet.Notoginseng group,Rhizoma coptidis group and Tianhuang tablets group on the basis of a high-fat diet gavaged the corresponding drug every day for 4 months.Determination of cholesterol in the blood of rats by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).At the same time,the metabolic fingerprints were got by UPLC/Q-TOF MS.Then MarkerLynx software was used to normalize processe,the principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) two methods of pattem were used to analysis the date.The endogenous biomarkers were found by The SIMCA-P12.0 analysis software.Result:Normal control group compared with the model group,cholesterol content in serum was extremely significant difference(P0.05).Rhizoma coptidis group compared with the model group,there was no significant difference too (P>0.05).Tianhuang tablets group compared with the model group,cholesterol content had significant difference(P<0.05).20 potential biomarkers were found based on blood metabonomics method.Conclution:sequence of Lipid-Iowering effect:tianhuanpian tablets >notoginseng>rhizoma coptidis,and it prompt that Compatibility of tianhuanpian tablets was reasonable.tianhuanpian tablets may regulated blood lipid disorders in hyperlipidemia rats by two path included amino acid metabolism and protein metabolism.
