Water-in-diesel纳米乳液的制备、表征及燃烧性能测试

  Water-in-diesel乳液是一种以水为分散相,柴油为连续相的油包水(W/O)型乳液。相比于普通柴油,water-in-diesel乳液有以下显著优势:(1)水乳滴的存在可导致微爆作用,使柴油燃烧更加充分;(2)水的存在能有效减少燃烧尾气中氮氧化物(Nox)、黑烟和可吸入颗粒物(PM)的排放。然而,water-in-diesel乳液的不稳定性和外观很大程度上限制了其发展和应用。本项目由商用表活剂制备了不同含水量的water-in-diesel纳米乳液,并对乳液的外观、尺寸、物理性质、温度及时间稳定性进行了表征。表征结果表明通过优化表面活性剂及水组分的配比,可成功制备出动态半径在10 nm左右、外观透明的water-in-diesel纳米乳液,其在-5℃~45℃具有良好的温度稳定性,并在室温下可稳定数月。此外,燃烧测试结果表明该纳米乳液在保持动力的情况下可以有效减少相关尾气的排放。
