先天性脊柱侧凸的手术治疗体会

目的 探讨先天性脊柱侧凸的手术治疗选择.方法 对27例先天性脊柱侧凸患儿进行前后路手术矫治，其中前路手术15例，后路手术12例.结果 27例随访1～8年，平均3.6年，大部分患儿畸形矫正良好，畸形发展不明显，其中3例出现曲轴现象.结论 先天性脊柱侧凸应提倡早期手术矫治，并根据患儿年龄选择恰当的术式，手术疗效满意.
