The delivery of education to learners goes through one essential dimension which is the development of a responsive curriculum at National level through rigorous and clear guidelines.Over the years, it has been observed there has been a deliberate shift in the way that a school curriculum is managed.Indeed, the process of curriculum delivery is now being passed on from a directive and authoritative body at the center to administrators at the level of schools.School managers are more than ever responsible to craft the details of a lively expression of studentswelfare and wellbeing through a school based curriculum which intends to bring in elements of flexibility, diversity and conferring a typical identity to the school in question.
