Motivated by the fibration method,we study Zariski open strong approximation with Brauer-Manin obstruction,i.e.any Zariski open subset is dense in the Brauer-Manin set with adelic topology.We give a complete answer to this problem for connected linear algebraic groups.This is part of a joint program on arithmetic purity with Yang Cao and Yongqi Liang.
