　　Objective To investigate the effects of dehydration and water supplementation oncognitive performances and mood after without water-drinking for 36 hours.Methods A total of 12 subjects participated in the trial.On the day before thetrial,subjects were not allowed to drink water or have food from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AMthe next day.
