　　Objective T follicular helper(Tfh)cells formed in germinal center are a distinct subpopulation of CD4+T cell,coexpressing high levels of CXCR5,ICOS,PD-1,Bcl-6 and CXCL13 as their characteristic markers.In addition,secreting IL-21 and helping humoral response are the key features of Tfh cells.
