Obiective:To describe a novel technique for treatment of severe thoracic kyphosis via a modified technique of spinal osteotomy with vertebral column resection and correction by a single posterior approach.Methods:Since 2004,14 consecutive patients with severe thoracic kyphosis were treated surgically.
