【摘 要】
：
目的 在非精神专科医疗机构验证老年抑郁问卷(GDI)识别对老年期抑郁症的信度和效度.方法 :在综合医院非精神科科室及社区医院内科纳入383名被试(96名老年抑郁患者,257名健康对照),分别进行老年抑郁问卷自评(GDI-SR)与他评(GDI-RI).以两位资深老年精神科医生的共识诊断为金标准,考察问卷识别老年抑郁的敏感度和特异度.
