Increasing energy demands have stimulated intense research on alternative energy conversion technology [1].Proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) have advantages in efficiency and environmental benignity for hydrogen and oxygen conversion,but their commercialization is hindered by the high cost and poor stability of catalysts [2].
