氮杂环卡宾(N-heterocyclic carbenes,NHCs)具有很强的σ电子给予能力,在与金属离子形成配合物的时候可以增加中心金属离子的电子云密度。经过大量的研究发现NHCs 作为配体具有许多优异的性质,在某些方面甚至优于有机膦配体,被看作是有机膦配体的替代和扩展。
