Objective To explore the value of clinical application between.gold dipstick and MEIA on testing the HBV.Methods The test was conducted with 320 samples and compared the positive rote of the samples, showed the differences about the test sensitivity.Results There was no significant difference between the two methods on the positive rate of HBsAg,HBsAb,, but there was significant difference between the two methods on the positive rate ofHBeAg,HBeAb,HBcAb.MEIA had a higher sensitivity.Conclusion The two methods of testing the HBV both are good.Gold dipstick is simple, easy and good for screening with the emergency call and screen healthies.MEIA is good for routine examination.
