Aim: Tangeretin exhibits anti-proliferative, anti-invasive, anti-metastatic and antioxidant activities under several cancer models in vivo.In this study, we evaluate the effects of tangeretin alone or in combination with 5-FU on cell viability and apoptosis in colon cancer cell lines.Methods: Effects of tangeretin and 5-FU combination or alone on the cell proliferation were tested in colon cancer cells HCT-116 and SW-480 by MTr assay.
