近代社会世界各国的发展进程表明,先进的制造业是建设现代化国家的基础产业、支撑强国梦的重要根基。具有良好的科技素养和创新能力的青年职工是实现强国梦的有生力量。本研究结合对3000名制造业青年职工科技素养研究的结果,分析了青年职工科技素养对产业发展的正面和负面影响,探讨了在实现强国梦的进程中运用政策激励、法律保障、平台建设、舆论引导等方式,凝聚青年职工科技创新力量的策略。
The development of all countries in the modern world shows that advanced manufacturing is an important foundation for building a basic industry in a modernized country and supporting the dream of a strong nation. Young workers who have good scientific literacy and innovative abilities are the living force for achieving a strong national dream. Based on the results of the research on the technological literacy of 3,000 young workers in manufacturing industries, this study analyzes the positive and negative impacts of the technological literacy of young workers on the development of the industry, and explores the application of policy incentives, legal guarantees, platform construction, Public opinion guidance and other means to unite young workers in the strategy of technological innovation.
