Background: Dishevelled family proteins are over-expressed in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), but the correlations between Dvls, β-catenin and pl20ctn, as well as prognosis are not clear.Methods: Dvl-l, Dvl-3, β-catenin and p120ctn in 80 NSCLC tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Effects of Dvl-1 and Dvl-3 on Tcf-dependent transcriptional activity,β-catenin and pl20ctn expression, as well as invasiveness of two lung cancer cells were also assessed.
