Although China Africa relationships are not new, much attention has been focused in recent years on the rapid expansion of these relationships concurrent with Chinas fast economic growth and economic development.Chinas huge investment in, expanded trade with and unconditional assistance to Africa countries, in addition to technical assistance, building infirastructure and contributing to service delivery have all had significant positive impacts on the Continents development.Politically, diplomatic and political relations have also been stepped up through several upgraded tracks and mechanisms.Based on these developments, which will be further deepened in the future, and taking into account the heated debate over Chinas impact on Africas development, my presentation would take some important challenges that face China Africa relationships as well as opportunities in the economic and political spheres with occasional reference to Sudan.
