烷氧基甲酰胺壳聚糖衍生物手性固定相的研究

  在高分子型手性分离材料中,多糖衍生物型固定相因其卓越的手性识别性能而最受青睐[1]。但一些涂覆型固定相上的多糖衍生物因溶于有机流动相中,或者在流动相中高度溶胀,所以固定相的使用寿命不长,且一些有机溶剂不能用作流动相的组份。现有的涂覆型天然多糖衍生物手性固定相一般不能在含氯仿、乙酸乙酯等流动相中使用[2]。
