　　Our group established two kinds of different size-switchable drug delivery systems.One kind is size shrinkable multistage nanoparticles.Small DGL nanoparticles were modified on large gelatin nanoparticles(GNP)or PEG-PCL nanoparticles(PP)to obtain DGL-GNP and DGL @PP nanoparticles,which could release small DGL nanoparticles(~30 nm)in response to matrix metalloproteinases(MMP-2)in the tumor microenvironment(TME).
