Background The combination of clopidogrel added proton pump inhibitors after a percutaneous coronary intervention has been used in clincal therapy,but whether it is safe and effective should be further evaluated.We performed a meta-anlysis to evaluate the efficacy and safety of clopidogrel added proton pump inhibitors vs.clopidogrel in the treatment of cardiovascular patients after PCI.
