【摘 要】
：
目的：探讨脑白质病变与血浆PPAR-γ、血浆维生素B12的水平的相关性.方法：选择CT、MRI证实存在脑白质病变、脑梗死及未发现脑白质病变患者140例,测定其血浆PPAR-γ与维生素B12水平,组间互相比较.结果：在血浆PPAR-γ的浓度比较中,存在脑梗死或脑白质病变患者血浆PPAR-γ浓度要比头颅MRI或SCT正常患者要高,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000,P＜0.05).在维生素B12的浓度

结果：在血浆PPAR-γ的浓度比较中,存在脑梗死或脑白质病变患者血浆PPAR-γ浓度要比头颅MRI或SCT正常患者要高,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000,P＜0.05).在维生素B12的浓度比较中,单纯脑白质病变患者维生素B12浓度要比脑梗死合并脑白质病变或无合并脑白质病变患者要高,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.004,P＜0.05).
结论：脑白质病变患者血浆PPAR-γ浓度升高,维生素B12浓度的降低与脑血管病变的严重程度相关,两者不仅与大血管病变关系密切,与小血管病变引起的脑白质病变也有密切关系.
