Recently the incidence of AIDS has rapidly increased,a reason of which is through the path of the sexual transmission.In the early phase of AIDS transmission in China,a quite amount of infected group was the male mass,as many as 80.7%.The infected chance for female is four folds higher than that for the male,due to the special structure of the female reproductive organs.If a female was infected by the sexual transmitted diseases (STDs),a possibility of HIV virus infection will increase as two times as non-HIV infection.In order to protect the female reproductive health from infecting STDs as well as AIDS,a kind of microbicides has been developed in the world,which is controlled by the female partner.
