With the maturity of finance and econometrics, many researches of the relatioanship between financial development and economical growth appear in our country.This paper uses the related data of fimancial development and economical growth in Zhejiang Province from 1990 to 2009 to study the relationship between financial development and economical growth in Zhejiang province by using Unit-root Tests, Cointegration Tests and Granger Causality Tests.The study shows that there is no causality between financial development and economic growth.However, there is long-term equilibrium relationship between financial intermediary efficiency indicator and economic growth.In order to promote the economic growth, Zhejiang province should gradually narrow margin and deepen finance.
