Ursolic acid (UA) is a triterpenoid compound which has been reported to have an interesting bioactivity, including anti-inflammatory, antihyperlipidemic, and hepatoprotective properties.Recent studies have shown that UA has revealed antitumor effects and cytotoxic activity towards various types of cancer cell lines [1].
