Graphene oxide (GO) -based nanocomposite materials have attracted extensive attentions in catalytic or optoelectronic applications,supercapacitors,fuel cells,batteries,due to their exceptional electrical and mechanical properties [1,2].GO nanoplatelets decorated with CdTeQDs could act as nanowires that promote direct charge transportand efficient charge transfer to QDs,thus increasing their efficiency in photoelectric devices [3].
