In order to explore the potential impact of arbuscular mycorrhizai fungi (AMF) on asparagus growth, yield and nutrient quality, asparagus variety "Jinglvlu" from Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forest Sciences, were used for experiment.Seedlings inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus (Glomus mosseae, GM) were cultivated in high plastic tunnel, non-inoculate seedlings for the control.The results showed that, asparagus plants inoculated with AMF grew much better than the control.The fresh weight of the plant inoculated AMF was 45.57% higher than the control, the dry weight of plant inoculated AMF was 36.43% higher than the control, even the branch numbers of the plant inoculated AMF was 12.64% less than the control.
