目的 探讨前部缺血性视神经病变的治疗方法.方法 采用复方樟柳碱联合活血化瘀中药对116例患者142只眼进行治疗,并对治疗前后视力、视野、眼底荧光血管造影进行分析来评价治疗效果.结果 112例患者137只眼的视力得到提高,视野得到改善,荧光渗漏减轻,有效率达96.48％.结论 复方樟柳碱联合活血化瘀中药是治疗前部缺血性视神经病变有效方法.
目的 探讨白内障摘除联合玻璃体切割手术中透明角膜切口的最佳制作方式.方法 回顾分析了应用改进方式制作的透明角膜切口在白内障摘除联合玻璃体切除术的表现,观察了白内障摘除手术中前房的稳定性,后囊的完整性,及玻璃体切割手术中角膜切口的渗漏,切开部位对眼后节观察的影响,并与常规角膜切口组进行了比较.结果 改良切开下前房稳定性良好,晶状体后囊破囊率明显降低;玻璃体手术过程中,角膜切开密闭良好,对后节组织的观
