Laser wake accelerator has been intensely researches in worldwide for its potential applications on radiation sources.Complex physics associated with intense laser propagation in underdense plasma need to be understudied through experiments and simulations, which is related to laser beam and plasma parameters.Laser-plasma electron acceleration experiments have been carried out on SILEX-I Ti:Sapphire laser facility at LFRC.Laser beam was focused on helium gas-jets with F/3, F/8.7 and F/20 optics for deferent focus size and Rayleigh length.Intense monoenergetic electron beams have been produced in the energy range of 30 to 131 MeV by controlling plasma length and density precisely.Images of Thomson scattering and fluorescence side scattering from plasma indicated highly relativistic effects such as a long self-channeling as well as relativistic electromagnetic solitons. In this presentation, main progress and problems will be reported.
