Background:It is of great importance to early and accurately predict the prognosis of patients with acute-onchronic hepatitis B liver failure(ACHBLF) for optimum management.The promoter methylation of glutathione-S-transferase M3(GSTM3) was previously demonstrated to be closely associated with the disease severity in ACHBLF.This study aimed to further evaluate the prognostic value of GSTM3 gene promoter methylation in patients with ACHBLF.
