Bone remodeling is a normal process that involves the resorption of bone by osteoclasts and the synthesis of bone matrix by osteoblasts.Under normal conditions,bone resorption and formation are tightly coupled to each other.In this experiment,we focused on the balancing of bone remodeling by the water soluble factor of Doenjang (Korean fermented soypaste).To isolate the functional peptide from Doenjang,water-soluble peptide extraction from Doenjang was done using pulsifier without sample crushing to exclude the effect of soybean itself.
