P239, a recombinant HEV capsid protein covering aa368-606 of HEV ORF2, is the mimic form of the virion.In our research, a protein which distinctly interacts with P239 was identified as HSP90 by MALDI-TOF-MS and Co-IP.By Western blot and immunofluorescence assay, we detected the level and localization of HSP90 and P239 respectively in HepG2 which was incubated with P239 and harvested at different culture time.Though the quantitative fluctuation was not observed, HSP90 actually moved from plasma membrane to perinuclei region in company with P239.However, the transportation manner of P239 changed when HepG2 was treated with colchicine, suggesting its transportation depends on microtubulin.
