  Object: To explore the mechanism of viral-wart-clearing effect of heat shock proteins through systemic anti-HPV immunity induced by local hyperthermia.Materials and Methods: Stimulate keratinocyte cell line HaCaT with hyperthermia in vitro and detect the expression pattern changes of HSPs through PCR array analysis,and furtherly establish specific HSP gene-knockout monoclonal cell line using CRISPR-Cas9 technology,so as to observate,from both nucleate and protein level,the influence of specific HSP on other molecules during hyperthermia process.
