抗菌药物对人类肠道菌群的影响

  抗菌药物治疗不仅会影响致病菌,而且影响肠内正常菌群。此外,对抗菌药物耐药的菌株可以持续的在人类宿主环境中有选择性地生存。一些实验方法已经揭示了使用抗菌药物后肠道菌群的紊乱,特别是一些菌群对抗菌药物敏感或者选择性耐药的问题。在人类肠道中,抗菌药物的使用可能导致耐药基因的长期存在。因此需要加强抗菌药物的管理,否则可能加剧新兴耐药菌株的形成。
