  In order to make full use of the raw material and prevent catalyst coking in the process of hydrogen production by methane cracking,a larger amount of steam is need.The overabundance steam then becomes process condensate.The condensate water contains part of CO2 and a small amount of metal ion causing steam quality unqualified and can not be used as boiler water.The traditional method is to use it as circulating water after stripping,some even emissions directly,resulting in a waste of resources and environmental pollution.In this paper,the ZSM-5 with high ratio of silicon to aluminum as adsorbent is used for adsorbing of hydrogen production condensate water to reuse it as boiler water.The results show that the high-silicon ZSM-5 adsorbent is very efficient for the removal of carbon and nitrogen compounds,the carbon content can be reduced from 70ppm to 10ppm,the nitrogen content reduced from 50ppm to 1ppm and the conductivity dropped 75% at the temperature of 90℃,the condensate water quality can meet the standards of boiler water after adsorption.
