目的FAME吐板后通过控制手工操作过程的关键点保证实验结果的准确有效。方法利用实验室现有设备资源结合手工操作以保证质量控制。结果FAME吐出的微板所测质控S/CO值在2个标准差范围之内。结论FAME吐板后处理的质量控制有效。根据《血站技术操作规程(2012版)》4.3.5在实验过程中自动化检测设备出现故障需要进行手工操作时,应注意自动化设备操作和手工操作的衔接及对其结果的影响。我们采取了一系列的措施,针对FAME吐板后处理进行质量控制。
