多溴二苯醚(Polybrominated diphenyl ethers,PBDEs)、六溴联苯(Hexa-brominated biphenyls,HxBBs)及六溴环十二烷(Hexabromocyclododecanes,HB CDs)为具持久性于环境中不易分解且易生物蓄积之内分泌干扰物质,系联合国环境规划署推动的斯德哥尔摩公约纳入的持久性污染物质。多溴二苯醚、六溴联苯及六溴环十二烷为工业上经常使用的溴化阻燃剂(Brominated Flame Retardants,BFRs),广泛用于各种民生用品、合成建筑材料、电子电机产品中作为阻燃剂,以延缓或抑制火灾的发生。研究显示,多溴二苯醚、六溴联苯及六溴环十二烷会透过食物链产生生物蓄积,且长期摄取及累积可能干扰生物体之内分泌系统,甚至引起生殖毒性及致癌。因此亟有必要透过完整之检测技术建立并进行监测及风险评估,以了解国内市售食品是否受污染及可能之暴露风险。
