Objective:To probe into acromino-clavicular joint dislocation treatment.Methods:26 cases Of acromino-clavicular joint dislocation were treated with tiantum cable in recent 5 years.The foIlow-up period lasted from 6 to 24 months with an average of 18.6 months.Results:Of 21 follow-up cases,17 were excellent and 4 satisfactory.There was no redisplacement or refracture.Conclusions:Tiantum cable is beheved to be a good and safe material for this dislocation.This method is simple and worth to applied widely.
