The recent progress in bio-medical research provides a huge potential for new generation of clinical strategies,which depends on the discoveries of new biomarkers.However,the validation of such biomarkers requires the acquisition and analysis of high throughput experimental data and clinical information.Tissue microarray technology provides an efficient experimental technology to fulfill such task.We have used this technology to study multiple biomarkers in order to investigate their clinical values in liver carcinoma,making them the potential molecular strategy for predictive pathology in near future.
