人们通常应用刚性凸、凹模对金属板料进行拉深。金属板料一般在拉应力作用下由于强度不足而产生拉伸破裂,材料的塑性不能被充分地利用。聚氨酯摩擦强制拉深法是利用软凸摸(聚氨酯块)与金属板料之间产生的摩擦力迫使金属流动而产生拉深变形,避免了拉应力的产生。因此,可以减小拉延系数。本文主要阐述摩擦强制拉延的变形机理与试验。试验结果,L2材料的拉延系数可达0.328,高径比为1.610。
People usually use rigid convex, concave die for sheet metal drawing. Sheet metal tensile stress due to the general lack of strength due to tensile rupture, plasticity of the material can not be fully utilized. Polyurethane friction forced drawing method is the use of soft convex touch (polyurethane block) and the friction between the metal sheet to force the metal flow and deformation caused by deep drawing, to avoid the generation of tensile stress. Therefore, the drawing coefficient can be reduced. This article mainly elaborates the deformation mechanism and experiment of friction forced drawing. Test results, L2 material drawing coefficient up to 0.328, height to diameter ratio of 1.610.
