This study is hepatic function and hypolipidemic effects of dandelion alcohol extract in C57BL/6 mice of induction hyperhomocysteinemia.Four groups of C57BL/6 mice were given high-fat diet(control),high-fat diet and hyperhomocysteinemia diet(Hey) with 1.5%,3% dandelion extract(TOAE Ⅰ and Ⅱ) for 6 weeks.We measurement level of plasma TG,cholesterol,HDL-C.Also analyzed liver function index AST,ALT,Billirubin,LDH.Liver tissue estimated by histopathological examination.
