  In the beginning of the 21st century,we succeeded in fabricating 102 nm channels on a glass substrate and also in bonding cover glass,and that was a first extended-nano fluidic device with pressure driven fluid control.This device was reported in 2002 as the first paper entitled by nano channels.Prior to the extended-nano fluidics,we innovated electrophoretic microfluidics by developing our original methods,that is,micro unit operation MUO and contentious flow chemical processing CFCP,which enabled a complicated chemical process to be like liquid circuit on a microchip,and MUO and CFCP realize many kinds of microfluidics for chemistry and biology,which were much wider than electrophoresis on a chip Micro ELISA system for medicine,micro wet analysis system for environment,and desktop chemical plant for medicine are merely typical examples.And now,we are moving into extended-nano fluidics with the same concept of MUO+CFCP microfluidics.
