TiO2分子筛催化剂真空紫外光催化降解苯的研究

  挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)是我国雾霾和光化学烟雾的关键前驱物。真空紫外光催化技术具有高效稳定低耗等优势,在近年来成为VOCs 污染处理的研究热点。本文选取苯为VOCs 目标污染物,采用自制固定床连续流反应器,创新设计真空紫外光催化协同臭氧催化氧化(VUV-PCO)工艺,并制备具有光催化与臭氧催化活性的TiO2/分子筛复合催化剂。从图 1 可以看出TiO2 在硅铝比200 的ZSM-5 载体上具有最佳分散性。图2、图3 展示VUUV-PCO 系统中苯的降解率变化和COx 产生情况。实验结果表明,TiO2/分子筛催化剂同时具备光催化、臭氧催化活性和吸附能力。将TiO2 负载于高比表面积的分子筛上有利于提高TiO2 的分散度,细化颗粒粒径。与TiO2/ZSM-5(Si/Al=470)和TiO2/MCM-41 相比,Si/Al为200 的TiO2/ZSM-5 在VUV-PCO 具有最高的苯去除率、矿化效果以及最低臭氧残余量。
