目的：探讨手法复位与切开复位固定治疗足踝关节骨折临床效果对比.方法：足踝关节骨折患者160例，采用随机分组法分为A组和B组，各80例；其中A组患者采用手法复位外固定治疗；B组患者则采用切开复位内固定治疗；比较两组患者同定优良率及治疗后踝关节功能评分.结果：A组和B组患者固定优良率分别为66.25％(53/80)、88.75％(71/80)；B组患者固定优良率显著优于A组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.
