Application of new anatomical landmarks in the upper urinary tract laparoscopic surgery

To introduce new anatomical landmarks for retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery of upper urinary tract,and to evaluate the practicality and convenience.A total of 306 patients received retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery (45 of adrenal gland, 116 of radical nephrectomy, 145 of partial nephrectomy) from December 2013 to June 2015.After cleaning out the peritoneal fat, we use "vertebral fossa" to define the peritoneal boundary in favor of precisely cutting the Gerotas fascia close to the peritoneal boundary for more operating space.And we use "renal artery triangle" to define the pera-renal artery structure for rapid determination of renal artery position.We compared with 300 surgeries using traditional anatomical landmark (cutting Gerotas fascia close to psoas, use the arcuate line to locate the renal artery) of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery of the upper urinary surgery (45 of adrenal gland, 110 of radical nephrectomy, 145 of partial nephrectomy).
