This review describes recent trends in novel stationary phases for peptide separation.There are various ways to separate crude peptide,but during the last few years,a significant number of technological developments have been brought to this field [1-2].The performance of different separation modes,such as RPLC,IEC,HILIC,SEC,fully porous sub 2um particles,core–shell particles,mixed-mode column and organic monoliths column are discussed in terms of high resolution,improved sensitivity and increased speed in order to achieve more efficient,faster chromatographic separations.The preparative HPLC applications of some of these techniques will also be discussed briefly.
