　　Objective The number of metastatic lymph nodes is considered the most appropriate classifcation of nodal metastasis for evaluation of OS.In addition to extraperigastric(EP)and perigastric(PG)lymph node metastasis,skip lymph node metastasis is a low incidence metastasis of gastric cancer(GC).
