  目的 肺腺癌(Lung adenocarcinoma,LAC)是肺癌中最常见的病理类型,深入解析LAC 发生、发展的机制对LAC 的治疗及预后评估具有重要的临床意义。线粒体丙酮酸载体1(MPC1)可将丙酮酸从胞质运输到线粒体内参与细胞能量代谢,在结直肠癌、前列腺癌、食管鳞状细胞癌等多种恶性肿瘤中异常表达,但其在NSCLC 中的表达及功能尚不清楚。
