基于汽油机实现汽油/CNG两用燃料发动机工程化开发的方法研究

在汽油价格不断上涨及加气站数量相对较少的形势下,开发汽油/CNG两用燃料发动机具有重要意义.本文介绍了当前汽油/CNG两用燃料发动机的主流开发思路,同时以一款1.5L排量的四缸汽油/CNG两用燃料发动机的工程化开发实例,B发动机的工程化开发实例,说明以汽油机为基础开发汽油/CNG两用燃料发动机,在工程化上是可行的。虽然在CNG工况下发动机动力性水平会下降15%左右,但由于此种开发模式具有开发周期短、开发成本低等明显优势,在一段时期内仍将是汽油/CNG两用燃料发动机的主流开发模式。今后对于汽油/CNG两用燃料发动机的研究,应着重从提高CNG工况下发动机动力性这个方向入手,通过寻找适当的点火提前角、点火能量、点火间隙以及不同转速下的混合气浓度,最大程度地恢复发动机在天然气工况下的动力性能。
