等离子喷涂NiCoCrAlTaYSc2O3-Y2O3-ZrO2热障涂层的高温氧化行为研究

  本文研究了等离子喷涂NiCoCrAlTaY/Sc2O3-Y2O3-ZrO2 热障涂层的高温氧化行为,重点探讨了粘结底层氧化过程、界面热生长氧化物状态及涂层氧化失效机理。试验结果表明,界面热生长氧化物由NiO、Al2O3、(Ni,Co)Cr2O4 等氧化物及尖晶石组成,尖晶石脆性颗粒的形成,在氧化过程极易脱落,脱落处形成孔洞和裂纹,促进陶瓷层剥落失效。
